About the Course

Leadership - especially the higher level - plays a pivotal role in the success, excellence and sustainability of the organization. Therefore, the International Excellence Programs singled out the “Leadership” element with the second highest degree of importance after the “Results” element, as shown in the following figure for the American Institutional Excellence Program. The general objective of the course is to highlight the most important and latest practices of institutional leadership and to highlight practical aspects, especially with regard to the local work environment.
